11/1/11 – I CONCEDE

30 Day nutition experiment day 21. My goal is to lose 10lbs of fat in 30 days using predominantly the Paleo diet. However, my focus is on Carb intake and Protein intake only. In theory I will have 175G of Protein and 100G of Carbs during this experiment.

Generally speaking, this experiment is an epic fail. But, technically I still have a win to write about. While I weigh exactly the same weight, I look leaner and feel stronger. This simply proves my theory that I’m just an absolute toddler in the world of nutrition.

My whole 30 days may need to make an appearance

However, Im comitted to getting down to 185lbs (currently weighing 195lb) . My gut shot is too do some extra credit at RFM (RawFitnessMaui.Com). Ultimately kids, its the nutrition. That much I know. I play hockey once a week and do CrossFit three times a week. I don’t think any additional physical activity is needed to achieve my fat loss goals.

I think I’ll concede on this challenge. Call it a failure if you will. But, I’ll pull a lesson from this. YOU CANNOT EAT CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND LOSE BODY FAT.
